In a Nutshell
We are actively seeking a new talent for our Hospitality Placement. This is a 1 year placement designed to give insight and gain experience across multiple operational departments within the Hotel & Spa. This placement will include exploring the Room Division (Guest Services and Housekeeping) and Food and Beverage (Restaurants, Bars and Conference and Banqueting).Each programme will be slightly different and it is expected that you are flexible and fluid in your approach to departments you work in. It can be reasonably assumed that each placement will an opportunity to attend Head of Department meetings and take part in cross training in a support function such as Accounts, HR or Sales.

As part of the Hospitality Placement you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating a passion for service and a friendly happy outlook
- Supporting the businesses operational outlets in delivering the highest levels of service to our guests, visitors and members
- Being a people person and making a contribution to team as you work toward common goals
- Taking advantage of the real-time insight into working with Hospitality and a range of departments
- Learning from our department and adding to your professional development
- Work effectively in different departments as part of the wider Resort team
