In a Nutshell

We are actively seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant who would like to join our Food & Beverage Academy alongside their role and to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our guests receive a rapturous welcome whilst enjoying our dining experiences.

Throughout the academy you will grow your knowledge and skills through a mixture of workshops & e-learning and the opportunity to visit suppliers, taste amazing produce and meet new people. This programme takes approximately one year to complete.
