We're actively seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join the Maintenance team here at Pennyhill Park. 

As the Assistant Manager you will assisting the Technical Services Manager with the smooth running of the department & property by ensuring the building is safe and well maintained at all times. Assisting with the development of the department, making improvements with any Hotel installations, guest rooms and facilities. Ensure that all statutory regulations and requirements are applied and adhered too, as well as ensuring all H&S documentation and records are kept up to date and in correct order.

We are actively seeking a new Banqueting Sous Chef to help prepare and cook delicious food at South Lodge  Hotel & Spa.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and be responsible for assisting in the management of the food and kitchen operations.

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet goodies. Your skill in making high quality foods should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes. 

As Chef de Partie, you will maintain high standards and ensure smooth running of the kitchen in accordance with the Head Pastry Chef. You will maintain ongoing training with all chefs and ensure that the day to day work is completed. 

Manage the team in the Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and Terrace to deliver exceptional service to our guests whilst delivering budgeted financial performance.
