We are actively seeking a Reservations Co-ordinator to come and join our busy Reservations team here at South Lodge, an Exclusive Hotel & Spa. As a Reservations Co-ordinator you'll be responsible to taking all the hotel bedroom reservations and Spa Day reservations and ensuring that all enquiries are converted to bookings.

This role will allow you to put into practice all the amazing skills you have learned either in college or through your career to date.

We are actively seeking a new talent for our Operational Placement. This is a 1 year placement designed to give insight and gain experience across multiple operational departments within the Hotel. This placement will include exploring the Room Division (Guest Services and Housekeeping) and Food and Beverage (Restaurants, Bars and Conference and Banqueting). Each programme will be slightly different and it is expected that you are flexible and fluid in your approach to departments you work in. It can be reasonably assumed that each placement will have an opportunity to attend Head of Department meetings and take part in cross training in a support function such as Accounts, HR.

We are actively seeking permanent part time Hospitality Assistants to work in our luxury hotel South Lodge Hotel.. This is a 8 hour a week minimum part time contract to work across multiple operational departments within the Hotel.
