You will join the Housekeeping team and ensure the hotel is always up to the required cleanliness standards. You will assist in the movement, stock and delivery of linen and amenities, assisting room attendants in the movement of furniture, beds and cots.

We are actively seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our team. Working as part of a brigade of chefs, your main duties will be to assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and ensuring that the designated Kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy to the standards required by the Hotel.
