We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Spa Duty Manager to join our Management Team at our brand new Spa at South Lodge, an Exclusive Hotel. The Spa Duty Manager role entails delivering and overseeing standards of guest care as well as being responsible for the operations of the building.

The Spa Duty Manager will be responsible for…
- Ensuring that the Spa is at its ‘best’ in terms of good housekeeping standards, and that it is running efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring the customer journey throughout the Spa is executed to a high standard and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Being the ‘face’ of the Spa, always present even at quieter times to ensuring availability to the guests if required.
- Creating processes and procedures in conjunction with other Spa Managers to ensure smooth running of all Spa Operations i.e. SOP, health and safety, IT Systems.
- Up selling all retail and treatments to ensure maximum capture of revenue.
- Overseeing the Spa employees ensuring all are full trained to do role, and any HR issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
