In a Nutshell

We are actively seeking a 1 year Food & Beverage Placement. During a Food and Beverage rotation, you will move between all of our outlets within the Hotel, including our Restaurants, the Bar and Conference & Banqueting. In each area you will be undertaking general food and beverage duties, below is a brief explanation on each area and what you can expect to experience.

In a Nutshell

We are actively seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our guests receive a rapturous welcome whilst enjoying our dining experiences. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are served at our guest’s convenience, whether formally in the hotel, or alfresco on the terrace, or picnic in the grounds.

In a Nutshell

We are actively seeking a Back of House Assistant. You will be responsible for duties within the back of house areas of the Hotel to include the Kitchen, Linen delivery, Goods in areas and Outlet’s still rooms. You will aid the hotel in its set up for guests and will ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards to allow for a great working environment.
