As F&B Assistant you will always be busy looking after the team and our guests so this role will require stamina, energy and enthusiasm in spades. We have a fantastic opportunity for the right person to be part of something special in our restaurant BOTANICA. Our perfect candidate will be someone who has a passion for Food and Beverage and who knows how to communicate this to the team.

Lots to do but lots of fun

As a Food and Beverage Assistant you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place ensuring that restaurants have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the restaurant is prepared to entertain our guests. During the course of service you will support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.
