- Your role will include:
Creating seasonal, flavour-driven menus and inspiring the team with regular product and skills training.
Maintaining high standards of food preparation, stock control, and cost management to achieve budgeted GP margins.
Upholding Health & Safety compliance, kitchen maintenance, and waste control measures.
Collaborating with the Executive Chef, Conference & Banqueting Manager, and events teams to deliver outstanding service.
Ensuring operational excellence by managing SOPs, equipment upkeep, and attending F&B meetings.
