We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team at Fanhams Hall a part of Exclusive Collection.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll oversee kitchen operations, lead the team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You’ll play a key role in menu development, bringing creativity, passion for flavours, and awareness of current food trends.

Lots to do but lots of fun

  • Your role will include:
  • Creating seasonal, flavour-driven menus and inspiring the team with regular product and skills training.

  • Maintaining high standards of food preparation, stock control, and cost management to achieve budgeted GP margins.

  • Upholding Health & Safety compliance, kitchen maintenance, and waste control measures.

  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef, Conference & Banqueting Manager, and events teams to deliver outstanding service.

  • Ensuring operational excellence by managing SOPs, equipment upkeep, and attending F&B meetings.
